Description
The Necromancer touches the floor and a portal travels along the ground, with ghosts reaching up grabbing at enemies. Any enemy hit by this is snared by the ghost hands, and receives damage over time as well as reduced movement speed. Does not hit floating enemies like Puppeteers.

Level 20+ Necromancer
Details
- Command Input:
- Instant Cast
- Cooldown: 10 sec
- Can be canceled with Cancel - Dead Man's Grudge.
Notes
- Covers a decent area in front of the Necromancer.
- Slows down enemy Attack & Movement Speed. Can be used to slow down a decent group of enemies.
- Very useful Damage over Time (DoT) skill.
