- Low Kick Lv 10+
Details
- Command Input:
- Cool down: 6.3 sec
- Same animation as Low Kick, but takes longer for activation.
- The success rate of slow goes up as the slow down level is higher than the target's level, and vice versa.
- Able to land a hit on a downed target.
