Enables charge up for vacuum slash.

Magical attack with no element.
Increases size, damage, speed, distance of Spirit Crescent. Adds in knock down effect as well.
Full charge up time is 0.5s, which increases its power by 1.4x
Charge up is still effective even if you released it before the full charge.
Creates 1 Wave Manifestation Brand after releasing the full charge.
