Soul Keeper Mondegreen is the leader of Kashipa's Combat Unit, Taboo and boss of Dark City. He resembles a demon that wields the power of flames.

History

Little is known about Mondegreen other than he's a member of the Kashipa who not only has the appearance of a demon from ancient myth, but possesses fire magic that's considered so nightmarish, he can boil his enemies' blood and melts their bones. He also can use the Abyss to absorb souls as a speciality to replenish his powers.

Mondegreen is sent out to Dark City by Ricardo tasked with not only capturing the Adventurer who's making their way through the Kashipa's stronghold in Harlem, but to clean out the city that's full of runaway slaves who are hiding. He is first seen when Tagor, calling him "Monde" as she asked her angered superior for more time to seek out the adventurer that was behind a pile of bones listening in on their conversation.
