• Raikiri (雷切 "Lighting Cutter"), and its name origins dates back to Japan's Sengoku period, where a Samurai named Tachibana Dōsetsu originally wielded a famous sword called Chidori (千鳥 "One thousand birds"), that would later be renamed after surviving an encounter with the Thunder God, Raijin.
  • Although it's often depicted as a Sword in popular media, the Knuckle's rendition of Raikiri may have been inspired by Kakashi's signature jutsu from Naruto.
