Description

A creature born out of Sirocco's energy when it collided with the Grim Seekers' pentacles and exploded. It's the personification of Sirocco's subconscious desire to escape the Sky Tower and reach Empyrean. Barely sentient and shaped similarly to a creature living in the Middle Ocean. It instinctively tries to escape from the Sky Tower and enter the Middle Ocean. The hardliner Grim Seekers are struggling to keep these creatures inside the Sky Tower and employ them for their battle against the Alliance Army.

Lore

Lore Excerpt:

Currently, I'm in the Sky Tower

to create the pentacles to collect the scattered energy of the Apostle.

It's not an easy feat. Not just because of the allied forces that were determined to catch the Apostle.

My real enemy is something else entirely.

I first saw it in the end room on the fourth floor of the Tower.

I was in that room, hiding behind a column, to find out why the pentacle there kept being damaged.

After a while, the culprit showed up. It was a cloud.

Anyone else who saw that floating cluster of purple energy would also have thought it was a cloud.

I think it came off the Apostle, and wouldn't stop head-butting the pentacle, no matter how hard I tried to stop.

Now, taking care of this thing also became part of my duty.

I don't think it's sentient, but it looks as if it wants to escape the Tower.

Well, I'm sure it'll disappear once the Apostle recovers her strength. I won't have to deal with it for too long.

Oh, by the way, how are you doing, Soldoros? Have you reached Pandemonium safely?

Move Set

  • Bubble Shoot: Throughout the fight, Gurumi fires out a series of either Yellow or Red bubbles at party members. The Yellow Bubbles randomly spread across the room while the Red Bubbles are able to home in on a player and getting by them on contact deals very heavy damage.
  • Spiral Bubble Shoot: A varation that involves those bubbles being spread out going in a clockwise or counterclockwise direction.
  • Bubble Explosion: Bubbles start gathering in the sky while fighting Gurumi and if players are hit by the bubbles from it's patterns, they'll gather much faster resulting in a large AoE explosion after some time has passed.

Strategy

  • Yellow & Green parties shouldn't have a problem fighting Gurumi as isn't a diffcult boss, nor does it have a berserk or groggy time either.
  • Both parties are responsible for preventing Mirror of Trials from resetting the Raid's progress as there is a time limit of 5 minutes each. If this expires, the penalty results in being setback to Gateway of Trials I.
  • DON'T stand at close range during Gurumi's direction when it's firing Bubble Shoot, as not only do they hit very hard, this can easily kill party members if they're playing recklessly. Use Bullet Time to avoid those bubbles and continue attacking it.
