Description
Heavy Armor increases the Intelligence, Vitality, Spirit, MP Recovery, Max HP/MP, and Magical Critical Chance, and removes MP Recovery and Casting/Attack Speed penalties.
The more Heavy Armor you have equipped, the more powerful the skill's effects.
