Valdes Tuca & Pakka are a duo of Sabretooth Tiger brothers that's part of the Kashipa working for Trauma Yom as his Bodyguards at Royal Casino. As opposed to Harlem's dark and gloomy atmosphere, they seem to serve a comedic role during the Scenario quest-lines, even putting themselves through a lot of punishment when encountering various Kashipa members.
