Enhances oxygen circulation with special breathing technique to increase attack and casting speed of ally for limited time.
Prerequisite
- Character Level 25
Details
- Command Input:
+ Space
- Buff skill intended for party play, useful for any classes.
- Can be stacked with haste fairy, other haste effect skill, or bonus stats from gears.
- Reduced duration of 20 seconds for PvP, with cool time of 30 seconds.
