Description
Selects 1 Party Member to restore his HP at an extremely low speed, and instantly restores a certain amount of HP for him if his HP is reduced to 0. Hp recovered scales with Vit, Value=Tooltip*(1+Vit/250)
The duration of the effect is 200s, with the HP gained increasing with level.
In addition, the target emits an aura of 700px which grants and attack and move speed buff to the party.
