EMP Storm

Description

Unleashes an EMP device that deals massive neutral physical damage on enemies, followed by an engulfing electromagnetic field that not only deals light and magic damage, but electrocutes enemies as well. When the device explodes, fire damage is dealt to the Valkyrie's enemies.

Details

• Command Imput:
• This skill consumes 5 clear cube fragments.
• Active Valkyrie Awakening
• Casting before use
• Aimable
• First Damage is dealt when EMP drops dealing Normal damage
• Second Damage comes from the Wave of Lightning that comes out from it after dropping. This part applies the highest level of Electrocution in the game to surrounding enemies that get hit.
• Third Damage comes in the form of an explosion from the device

EMP Electrocution

• Lasts 20 seconds.
• All attacks have a large percent chance to hit with the electrocution. 20 of them will take away the Electrocution
• The sparks that mark the target are alot larger than regular electrocution sparks.
• Targets hit while in this state will glow really bright

• When this skill reaches certain skill ranks it gains bonus properties:
  • Level 3: EMP red machine causes Stun, it's electro-magnetic waves decrease the Physical Defense and Magical Defense of enemies within range.
  • Level 6: The electro-magnetic field has a chance to immobilize enemies
  • Level 9: EMP Electrocution has a chance to immobilize enemies

Trivia

• EMP means Electromagnetic Pulse. This is considered a very dangerous device in real-life because it disrupts magnetic fields and disables electrical equipment. They are usually found in the detonation of a nuclear weapon. The targets for the EMP Storm in DFO are presumably the electical devices that are disrupted by the EMP Storm.
