Increases Max MP, Max HP, MP Recovery, Magical Critical Chance, Casting Speed, Intelligence and Spirit while wearing Cloth Armor.
The more Cloth Armor you have equipped, the more powerful the skill's effects.
Grants more Max MP and Intelligence than general 
Cloth Armor Mastery.
