Description
Universe Pulverizer: Crusher is one of three bosses who guards the Outposts during Fiend War. It is some sort of magical device that pulverizes nearby obstacles and garbage.
Move Set
"System activated."
- System Activation: Once party members enter the room, Crusher will summon four Floating Eyeballs as it's shredders can slowly pull in anyone and damages them. Crusher itself is also invulnerable by default until it's main pattern is dealt with. In order to damage Crusher, it'll change color to correspond with the eyeball that must be destroyed one by one which will activate it's berserk, System Abnormality.
- Floating Eyeballs: These four eyeballs represents the four main elements that start off invulnerable, but once Crusher changes colors, that specific eyeball can be damaged in order to deactivate Crusher into it's groggy state.
- Fire Eyeball: Shoots out a flamethrower that inflicts Burn (Status)
- Water Eyeball: Creates an ice aura around it's self that inflicts Frozen (Status)
- Light Eyeball: Shoots out a laser beam that inflicts Stun (Status)
- Shadow Eyeball: Shoots out a The Void projectile that inflicts Blind (Status)
- System Abnormality: Each time a Floating Eyeball has their HP dropped to 5%, Crusher will intensifies it's shredders and starts to pull in everything in the room, including the eyeball. Once it reaches the center and gets destroyed, Crusher will change it's color. Repeat this four times to cause Crusher to deactivate it's system and enters groggy state.
Strategy
- Crusher is perhaps the most annoying boss of Outposts not because of it's patterns, but the fight's time limit plays a factor.
- Keep plenty of Toy of Sparkling Worlds and avoid Water/Light/Shadow Eyeball's attacks as much as possible since those can interrupt your skills during the fight as this can cause a headache among players and waste damage dealing time.
- Like any other boss that has a groggy phase, have the Crusader/Enchantress deploy Apocalypse/ Crux of Victoria/ Marionette and burst down Crusher once it deactivates.
Appearances
- Fiend War (Boss)
Notes
- There is a bug where Crusher becomes invulnerable even after it enters groggy phase. This might occur if there players in the party who have a high ping not only forcing a retreat, but a huge loss of time.
