The Forest Fairy (Korean: 숲의 요정 supe yojeong, lit. "Forest/Wood Elf") is a common mob of Dungeon Fighter Online that appears in the Time Gate dungeon The Great Blaze.

A female member of the Elven race that once inhabited the mystical forest of Grand Flores. Due to a wildfire that broke out within the forest known as the Great Blaze, Grand Flores burned down and the Elves mysteriously disappeared. It is speculated that she along with most of her kin vanished among the flames.

During the Time Gate story arc, Adventurers encounter Forest Fairies while traveling through the first time zone of Time Gate which takes them to Grand Flores prior to the Great Blaze. Initially, the Forest Fairies are indifferent and non-aggressive toward the Adventurers, and view them as outsiders. However, after the wildfire takes place, they indiscriminately attacks all outsiders, believing the Adventurers to be affiliated with the arsonists who started the fire.

Profile

As an Enemy

The Forest Fairy appears in two states: a ground state and a specialized perched state. The perched state has the Forest Fairy atop a tall tree. It is immune to damage and is only limited to throwing an bolas at nearby enemies. Players must attack the tree to knock her down and change her into the ground state.

Move List

  • Bolas Throw: The Forest Fairy channels in place briefly and throws a bolas at a nearby enemy target. The bolas travels in a straight line and collides with the first enemy hit, dealing damage and afflicting them with the Bind (Status).png Bind (Status) at a high success rate. Being hit with multiple bolas can potentially result in being chain-binded. If the enemy is a high enough level, the bind effect will be nullified.
  • Leaf Tornado: The Forest Fairy channels in place briefly and stirs forth a flurry of rising leaves around her. Any nearby target that makes contact with the leaves will take damage, be knocked back, and will be afflicted with the Bleeding (Status).png Bleed (Status).
