Valdes Tuca & Pakka are a duo of Kashipa Sabretooth Tiger brothers that's working for Trauma Yom as his Bouncers at Royal Casino. As opposed to Harlem's dark and gloomy atmosphere, they seem to serve a comedic role during the Scenario quest-lines, even putting themselves through a lot of punishment when encountering various Kashipa members.
