Allows the skill Flowing Stance to be charged up, enhancing the damage of Clash, Swift, and Rise.

Greatly increases the damage of each Stance skill for 60s.
As of Revolution (Season 2, Act 1), Flowing Stance now lasts for 60s as opposed to its former 8s, and does not diminish upon using a Stance skill.
