Allows the skill Flowing Stance to be charged up, enhancing the damage of Clash, Swift, and Rise.

Greatly increases the damage of each stance skill at the cost of mp for every second spent charging.
Force's Attack Strength boost will remain until one of the three Stance skills are used, even if Flowing Stance is canceled.
Usually, Rise or Swift are used almost instantaneously after activating this skill
