Description

Increases the Magic Defense of the selected ally. Whenever that ally deals or is hit by Magic Damage, there is a chance that the enemy will be struck by lightning. Chance on hit: Electrocute.

Details

Electricute Duration 5 seconds. Lightning strikes on 15% of your attacks, and 80% of the times you are hit with a magic effect.
