Tightly wraps the enemy with a black manteau to inflict Shadow-element magic damage. Can Blind an enemy at a set rate.

Black Manteau is a Pluto skill; increasing your Befriend Pluto skill will increase hitrate and blind success rate.

Useful for mob gathering, as the manteau has a wide hit area and forcibly moves targets to in front of the Witch.
