Description
Left Casts surge of lightening bolts, encircling the caster once. Damages all surrounding targets at once.
Prerequisite
- Character Level 5
- Fluorescent Level 5
Details
- Command Input:
+ Z - Casting Time: 0.2 seconds
- Cool Time: 5 seconds
- Forcefully knocks down the targets upon collision. Mostly used for quick evasion.
- Flings any launched target further upon collision.
- Short reach. Not recommended for targets that can't be knocked down or in super armor status.
