::Awesome, thanks for the heads up, it seems like it does just scale with just your level (on the tooltip anyways). Just updated Flash and this page to have a disclaimer in the Notes section to point it out. --AradEditGuy (talk) 19:33, 23 July 2015 (PDT)

:::Actually, I believe Bleeding damage scales with level, but I'm not actually sure how. As evidence, I've noticed that some of my values for my Bloodia's Veiled Cut changed when I leveled my character with the same skill level. The values entered on the wiki are quite different from the values I have on my character atm. Another way to test this is to check the following. If you are pulling bleed values from the Arena, then the values are set at level 85. Going back to town will lower the values if you are not at lv. 85. You can test it out for yourself. For disclaimer reasons, I just state that the bleed values are from a lvl  85 character.  If I find out how bleed damage scales, I'll be sure to notify you.Altair (talk) 19:05, 29 July 2015 (PDT)

Tooltip absolute damage

For some reason, the absolute damage for "Sliding Slash Bleeding Dmg" will not go up/down if you change your Independent Atk Power. Not sure if this is because it's a passive skill and it works differently but from testing it looks like it might scale with your base Independent Atk Power? Hopefully the values are at least close to what other people have. --AradEditGuy (talk) 16:09, 14 July 2015 (PDT)

Status damage is unaffected by independent attack. This is why refining gives IA and status damage. It scales with your level and strength and intelligence, but the strength and intelligence is not reflected in the tooltip while the level scaling is. This leads to the same problem we had when absolute damage skills scaled with level and independent attack was a hidden value or non existent. Users would put in values for their current level leading to confusion when another user compared the values and their character was a different level. It might be best to use values from a character that is level capped and leave a note above the skill table stating such. The only thing I can think of is the skill is using your base str/int for its tooltip or something like that.--Lokd (talk) 22:45, 14 July 2015 (PDT)
Awesome, thanks for the heads up, it seems like it does just scale with just your level (on the tooltip anyways). Just updated Flash and this page to have a disclaimer in the Notes section to point it out. --AradEditGuy (talk) 19:33, 23 July 2015 (PDT)
