This is the "HoverText" template. It uses 

<span title= "..."><u style="border-bottom: 1px dashed #999; text-decoration: none;">...</u></span>

to display a hovering textbox over a designated text.

Argument Description
Link The text you want the HoverText to display over.
HoverText The hidden text that appears when hovering over text.

Note: Do not surround the parameters with curly brackets, square brackets, or quotation marks.

Examples:
