A ranger of the garrison led by Hiram.Unlike Hiram, he's more emotional, and has a tendency to get easily swept up in the moment.
He has an exuberant personality; such as his taste for the arts, wine, and women.

There, having an incidental run-in with the Kartel, Hulk was stopped due to Van Platin and was injured on the face.
Enraged by the scar made on his precious face, he joined the Coast Guards on his path for revenge, where he now plays an active role, determined to capture Van Platin by himself.
Due to his aggressive nature, he is often reprimanded by Hiram because of the recklessness of his actions. [1][2][3]
History
Not much is known about the male ranger, other than him being a part of the Coast Guard, an Empyrean military subdivision currently headed by Hiram Klauf and three others. It is shown that he has a short temper, especially during the area of the Sanctuary of Dispersion. He has a bit of a rivalry with fellow Coast Guard member, Mue.
As he is a part of the Coast Guard, who sided with the Empyrean Nobility during the Empyrean Civil War, the Adventurer and the Empyrean Loyalists, Tammy, Woon Lyonir, and Lucas, meet him again, and tries to stop the Adventurer but to little avail. He talks about how he has no qualms with the Loyalists and that he was only doing as he was told. However, he does say that he dislikes the idea of letting people from the Lawless District into the Capital Island, despite the fact that the man he liked and respected, Woon Lyonir, is from that area. He lets them go afterward.
At the second phase of the Civil War, after the Adventurer comes back from dealing with the Kashipas in the Pandemonium War, it is revealed along the way of trying to catch Hiram Klauf because of his plan of wiping out the Capital Island of Ghent of everyone living in it, that the Coast Guards barracks is empty but full of dead bodies. Hulk is among them, one of the victims of Hiram Klauf's brutal rampage of giving Empyrean a 'clean slate'.
