One of the Kartel generals. Starts off by awakening and summon Black Roses to attack you. Doesn't do a lot of damage unless caught in an unfavorable position. Then starts to run around the room and starts throwing smoke canisters to obstruct your view. Keep enough pressure on him to defeat him quickly or wait until the Black Roses awakening disappears. Spawns on D6 after beating him as a boss.
