Desc Arbitrator Marcellus is the leader of the GBL's Bloody Purge, and is the boss of the Chamber of Blood. It's a tougher version of the many GBL followers you've encountered up to this point.
MoveList * Has a permanent super-armor buff
  • Can cover characters with black smoke (reduces attackspeed??)
  • Throws a blow-back attack in an area infront of him
  • Stabs with knife. Basic melee attack
  • Throws knives that spread out in threes
  • Casts a barrier similar to Nen Guard
  • Summons Undead GBL Bishops
  • Boss blow-back aura on getup.
Strategy * Marcellus is permanently super-armored, meaning nothing can stun or faze him except for grabs. Thus, standing infront of him and spamming combos is not advised. Although he is slow, he hits extremely hard at close range. Spam grabs or employ quick hit-and-run attacks.
  • Ignoring his summons is a bad idea. One Undead GBL Bishop can spawn an entire army of undead should you choose to focus fire the boss.
  • His barrier protects everything in it from damage. The barrier will dissipate after having absorbed enough damage.
  • His thrown knives can be destroyed by attacks. Characters with many projectiles or spells can easily solo him as long as they keep his summons in check and keep their distance from him.
  • Seems to be weak against light damage, but resistant against shadow damage.
