Base MP and Cooldown values

Hi. I noticed your recent update to the {{IconLink|Spiral Nen: Stone}} page, which is much appreciated. However, I noticed that you changed the cooldown to 42 seconds from 40 seconds, as well as having non-base MP values for each skill level. We use base values here.

To check to see if your value is a base value, make sure to hover over the skill and check the color of the Cooldown and MP numbers. If they are blue or red, and not white, it means that your equipped weapon type affects the values.

In Spiral Nen: Stone's case, you got the values while equipping a Knuckle, which is natural since that's what most Nen Masters use. However, Gauntlets increase the MP cost and Cooldown of Magical skills. Thus, the numbers you have given are not base values.

To ensure base values for Magical skills for Fighters, equip a Tonfa before taking down the values, as Tonfa only affects Physical skills. Better yet, simply equip a Claw, which does not affect either Physical OR Magical skills, which will allow you to take the base values for Physical skills as well. I usually just buy blue weapons from Klonter for wiki purposes, but there may be even cheaper white weapons elsewhere? I have not checked.

I have fixed the cooldown for Spiral Nen: Stone, but the MP values I currently do not have access to yet, so hopefully you can go back and fix them by equipping a Claw.

Make sure your other edits also are using base values. If not, hopefully you can correct those as well.
