He will continuously heal any Buffalo Criminal Diggers that have died while ramming into players of the party.  To clear the room, the Boss needs to be defeated first before killing the Diggers(The Diggers will become frantic and run around harmlessly, eventually dying.).

The Buffalo Criminal Boss always spawns with Icon-Buffalo Criminal Digger.png Buffalo Criminal Diggers on Floor 26 of Tower of the Dead and the first room of Screaming Cavern. He will continuously heal any Buffalo Criminal Diggers that have died while ramming into players of the party. To clear the room, the Boss needs to be defeated first before killing the Diggers.
