Description
A blood-red zombie monster that looks like a Hollow Eye, only larger and stronger.
Notes / Oddities
Spawns at B3, C4, or D1, provided the boss does not spawn in those locations, in which case it will not appear at that particular spot. It should be noted that it does not always spawn. If the boss spawns at C4, then the Karkazak will always appear at B3.
