Start the fight off with the walkers special attack to get rid of weaker mobs before dealing with Warjack. Many of his attacks travel in a straight line so move up and down the map to avoid his attacks. Melee characters should be careful if his grab attack at close range because its electrocution does alot of damage. Have one your party members use the AT-5T walker to make this as easier fight. The walker is immune to his grab and Warjack seems weak to its missile attack.
