Please do not add it. It is not a fact. It cannot be verified, nor are builds anything more than personal preference. I would like to avoid adding similar things and have been working to remove such information from the wiki. Please do things like that on a forum or alternative site.

If you wish to list the properties of a move, or the trends of the average player's use (often maxed, often taken as a 1 point utility move), then feel free to add that to the relevant skill's page.
