Description
Lightning Kinoll is a mutated, albino Goblin that supposedly appears once every century. Kinoll's strength is legendary among the Goblins; as such, it is the chief of all Goblin tribes. Its attacks are imbued with the power of light, making it a truly formidable opponent.
Move List
- Kinoll, true to its name, has the ability to call down volatile bolts of lightning. He will call lightning down in either a single spot, a row of multiple strikes, a large circle around him, or 4 spots around him when he gets up.
- Kinoll's ordinary slash attacks with its blade deal light damage.
- Upon death, Kinoll's body will be incinerated by several lightning bolts, all striking it at once. It is possible to be struck by these and possibly even die.
Strategy
- Before a thunderbolt lands on the ground, it is marked by a small yellow circle on the spot upon which it will strike, and can thus be avoided. These attacks are especially powerful, so healing items will be useful.
- Players should learn the patterns of the lightning Kinoll calls down. Baiting the lightning will also open up holes in which to attack.
- Never stay in one place for too long as Kinoll's lightning strikes can overwhelm a stationary target quickly.
- Kinoll moves unusually fast for a Goblin; as such, it is prudent to keep an eye on it should it attempt to attack from behind.
- Items which raise resistance to light will prove handy for this battle.
