Description

Executioner Turiel is one of two Cosmofiend end bosses that appears in Pandemonium Rift. He looks very identical to Riftmaster Gaunis only with a blue & white color scheme, while varying much differently from Executioner Belial in terms of attack patterns which are more AoE-focused, but not nearly as strict.

Move Set

  • Ghost Summon: Turiel summons a portal with his hand and two ghosts appear to float around annoying and attack players, they can be easily destroyed.
  • Ground Eruption: Turiel slams the floor with his staff and creates three cracks that randomly spread around the room and erupts energy that inflicts moderate damage if players are within the attack's range.
  • Spiral Ground Blast: Turiel raises his staff to fire out a energy blast in front of him that goes in a counterclockwise pattern that does moderate damage on contact where the blast shoots up.
  • Demonic Pillars: Turiel summons two stone pillars that random appears around the room that slowly rise up from the ground. They don't really do much of anything and can be destroyed, which actually hurts Turiel for a good portion of his HP.
  • Giant Demonic Pillar: When Turiel's HP threshold gets lowered, he will slam the ground with his staff to summon a portal beneath him that'll spawn a giant stone spire. Break this immediately, or failure results in the pillar doing an instant-kill room wide explosion.

Strategy

  • Compared to Belial, Turiel is considered to be much easier to face due to his patterns being less stressful.
  • Destroy the Demonic Pillar to your advantage to bring Turiel's HP down during the fight.
  • When Turiel summons forth Giant Demonic Pillar, stay out of his range when he slams the staff down as it will deal a significant amount of damage to even killing party members with low defenses.
