Description
Increases damage and adds additional effects to the Storm Bringer's Heavy Weapons.

Notes
- Increases the number of shots fired by M-137 Gatling Gun and changes the skill's visual effect to that of a large, bulky, minigun.
- The minigun visual effect also applies to BBQ
- Allows Laser Rifle and X-1 Extruder to be charged longer (up to 1.5 sec) for additional damage.
- Laser Rifle is fully charged when electricity starts crackle around the rifle. When fully charged it shoots out electricity alongside the laser itself, allowing the skill to hit twice.
