- Comes in four elements
- Fire
- Water
- Light
- Shadow
- Certain skills and certain items will imbue weapons with elements, resulting in increased damage against anything but the same element
- Usually same element enemies have that element's resistance
- Attacks composed of multiple elements will deal damage based on which element based off the element will deal the most damage to a given enemy (Player elemental damage vs Enemy elemental resistance)
- Certain skills have an elemental attribute
- All the Female Mage classes, Elemental Bomber, Sword Master, and Chaos have skills from all four elements
- Female Nen Master, Male Nen Master, Female Mechanic, Crusader, and Magical Exorcist have Light attribute attacks
- Kunoichi, Male Mechanic, and Physical Exorcist have Fire attribute attacks
- Vagabond has a small handful of Fire attribute attacks
