YES. I found a JavaScript that "scrolls" the webpage up to the top. I also added lavender as the background. What do you think? Is it too flashy?

I do notice that the button is hard to click when it is on top of a thread in talk pages. Maybe we should push it to the left hand corner?

Yeah, left side corner of the screen is perhaps a better idea.
