First and foremost thank you for helping work on the wiki! At the moment I am reformatting the skill pages with a new format that is in my opinion more pleasing to the eye, and I have a few other editors on the same boat. As such, I've changed Sample:Skill to match the new formatting and am encouraging others to work with it. A good example for this formatting is Fire Release: Red Flare Upgrade for TP skills and Flame Tornado for regular skills. It's my pleasure :). I saw the updates to Skill Sample and was planning to follow it much more closely to make everything consistent. Though it seems I still missed a few things.
