Description
Having survived countless crises, she's developed her own practical know-how for using Phase Shift. Now, you can use Phase Shift freely without being hit, and you can cancel it during the post-casting delay to move and do things freely. Also, no decoys are generated, and a buff that increases your Movement/Attack Speed is applied immediately.
Decreases Phase Shift's cooldown when learned.
