Iris Fortune Singer
This mysterious fortune teller appeared in Arad all of a sudden and became famous almost overnight. The aristocracy of the Empire and the Dark Elves rely on her divinations to make their political decisions. Before the Great Metastasis, she ran a puppet workshop in the West Coast.
