Blizzard Storm
Description
File:RagingWaterPillar.png A Pentacle forms, spewing a freezing pillar of water. The water pillar spins in place and flows to a center point, causing multi-hit damage with a chance to freeze enemies. The water pillar bursts once it collects in the center point.

- Pentacle Range is 120 Px (100 Px) at all levels.
- Freeze duration is 7 seconds (5 seconds in PvP) on all levels.
- Freeze chance is 100% (90% in PvP) at all levels.
- Super Armor is given during this skill.
- Skill will persist if you trigger Immortality while using it (except for very first frame).
