Description
Throws sand at the target. Upon impact, the target has certain chance of being in blind status.
Prerequisite
- Character Level 10
Details
- Command Input:
+ Z
- Possess piercing property.
- Blinded targets will have low accuracy and vision briefly.
- Although there is no casting time, there are frames of animation before the activation.
- Only Brawler can learn beyond level 10
