Description
Skills that hold an enemy generate a stack of Congest. So long as you continue to use hold skills consecutively, you will generate more stacks of Congest, up to 5. Congest stacks increase the damage of applicable skills by up to 3% per stack (up to a maximum 15%).

- Skills that gain a stack of Congest: Shadow Binding, Shadow Harvest, Scaffold, Black Mirror, Destroyer.
- Skills that gain attack power from Congest stacks: Shadow Binding, Shadow Harvest, Shadow Lancer, Liberate – Buck Shot, Scaffold, Shadow Puppet, Black Mirror, Deadly Cape, Destroyer.
- Each stack of Congest will last until the skill that gained that stack ends. For example: You cast Shadow Binding and then Shadow Harvest, gaining 2 stacks of Congest. Once Shadow Harvest ends, you will still have 1 stack of Congest from Shadow Binding, assuming it is still active.
