Increases physical attack and physical critical strike rate by dramatically stressing the wielded weapon.

As the skill level rises the physical attack and physical critical strike rate increases, while the rate of durability loss decreases.
Useful to learn Tempered Attack along with this skill to reduce durability loss penalty.
