Animator
Animators, also known as Doll Makers or Puppeteers can create various Automated Player Characters (APCs) to help in dungeons.

Becoming an Animator
- Player must be level 20
- Begin Abello's quest: Profession - Animator
- Give 100 Clear Cube Fragments to Abello
Experience Table
- You can use recipes up to +2 of your current Skill level. Success will result in higher EXP, but a have an increased chance of failing.
- Be warned that failing APC creation will result in a loss of materials and with no EXP earned.
- Using recipes that are -2 or less than your current Skill level will result in no EXP earned.

Details
Crafting
1. To first craft something, you need to learn how to make it. This is done by buying a recipe from Abello under the Profession Shop.
- You only have to buy a recipe once.
- You can learn recipes that are up to +2 levels than your current skill level.
2. Gather the required materials; two to three categories of materials are needed for crafting:
Animate Spirits
- These can be obtained from your Soul Extractor or daily quests (tagged as [Special Job] in the quest log)
Protein Oils
- These can be obtained from Alchemists or from your Soul Extractor.
Other Materials
- The remaining items are gathered from other professions.
3. From here, go the main menu and choose Profession.
4. Select the item you wish to create.
- If your Skill Level is less than the item's recommended level (non-green text), you may fail the creation.
- If you fail the creation, your materials will be consumed and no experience will be gained.
APC Information
- Acts as a consumable item to be used in Dungeons.
- APCs will last for a duration of 15 minutes (900 seconds) or until the player dies.
- You can only summon one APC at a time (which resets if you die).
- Cooldown for most APCs lasts for 15 minutes with the exception of Delilah, which lasts only 5 minutes.
- You CANNOT summon APCs in the Arena, Valley of Fallen Souls or Training Center.
- APCs resell for 0 gold to NPCs.
- APCs can be put up for sale in the Auction House.
- Most APCs levels will be the same as the required level to use the summon.
Soul Extraction
Animators get a special type of "disassembler" that cannot be set up as a shop. It will extract equipment, including creature artifacts, which will give you Animate Spirits.
- Reinforcement or quality on equipment does not seem to affect results.
- Extracting creature artifacts will sometimes give you more items (usually +1 to the last item received).
- Scoring a critical extraction will give you Protein Oils. The rough range of different Protein Oils given are:
- Lv5 ~ Lv30: Inferior Protein Oils
- Lv35 ~ Lv45: Ordinary Protein Oils
- Lv50 ~ 65: Exceptional Protein Oils
- Lv70+: Superior Protein Oils
