Description
Forms 4 Elemental Runes around the caster. Casting Elemental Skills activates each Rune that matches its Elemental Attribute, granting an 
Intelligence bonus while it is active.

- Casting Time: 0.7 sec
- Cooldown: 5 sec (6 sec in Arena )
Notes
- Only Elementalists can level this skill past level 5.
- Duration of elemental marks decreases as the skill level increases.
- Upon Learning
Transcendence Rune the elementalist casts that spell in place of 
Elemental Burn.
