Snow Dust

Enchants the Witch's broom with Water properties. All normal attacks, as well as both Weapon Uppercut and Dragon Fang, are changed into magical attacks for the duration of this skill. Attack strength and hitstun length for these attacks are increased, and a set chance to freeze targets is added. Snow Dust is a Jack Frost skill; increasing points in Befriend Jack Frost will enhance this skill's duration.
