Description
Installs a Florae Collider that generates a powerful electric field on the ground while inflicting Neutral magic damage and immobilizing enemies within the skill's range. Hitting the attack key more quickly generates more electricity from the field. This skill demonstrates different effects if it is a failure or sleeper success.
Consumes 2 Clear Cube Fragments.
