Uploading

Hello Aero. Welcome to the DFO World Wiki. If you plan to upload any other images in the future, could you save them as ".png"? I think I ran into that problem before. The wiki has the exact file you are trying to upload even though it is saved as a different type, so it spits out an error. If you can, find the older file (gif or jpg) you are trying to replace and mark it with

 {{Delete|Replaced with png}}

However, this skill has many columns, so the maximum width would be 85% of the screen. One example of trying to shorten tables is Altair's edits. Before and After. However, Lurking Dragon does not seem to compressible. Good luck though. --Dfoplayer (talk) 20:48, 28 May 2015 (PDT)

Best would be remove old skill table. They were there for reference, but it just takes up space and is not needed. --Dfoplayer (talk) 21:50, 28 May 2015 (PDT)

Just so you know, we need the skill icons to match exactly the file name. For example, the File:TrueBlackTortise.png should be re uploaded as File:God of Knowledge: True Black Tortoise.png. It is how our templates work and it makes things clearer. --Dfoplayer (talk) 22:17, 2 June 2015 (PDT)

Absolute Damage

• Hello, Dfoplayer I am kind of need help on Template:AbsoluteDamage on skill growth. I need to find how can I put the Absolute damage in it? ~~Aero_X_999 (talk) 18:45, 2 June 2015 (CDT)

A good example would be Upward Slash. The first number is when you hover over the skill and you see a window. The second number is the number found in the My Status page.--Dfoplayer (talk) 22:17, 2 June 2015 (PDT)

• I got it, is it only on non % skill stats? Also I found a skill that one stats from Blue Dragon Hammer the level 8 on Melee/Magic Spin Atk. says 2353x2 So I put it in absolute damage stats like this:

  as that "x" replaces to "*" as multiply symbol and the answer would be
  Absolute Damage Ratio, it is multiplied by your Independent Attack Power before being shown in the game tooltips

Hi. I noticed that you have on various occasions uploaded icons which we already have on the wiki, except with a new name due to DFO Global having a confirmed name that is different than our previously named icon. What you should do next time is to check if the icon of the same quality already exist, and then simply Move the file page to the new name, instead of uploading the icon under a new name. This is so that we don't have duplicate icons lying around, that we'll need to tag with a Delete tag and then wait for a SysDev to delete the file. Just a heads up for the future. Thanks!
